Educational Qualification:

Senior Research Fellow	Essential:- Master Degree in Dairy Microbiology/ Food Microbiology/ Agricultural Microbiology/ General Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences with specialization in Microbiology with 4years/ 5years of Bachelors Degree Candidates having a post-graduate degree in the above-mentioned subjects with 3 years bachelor degree and 2 years of master degree should have the NET qualification and 02 years of research experience in relevant field Desirable: preference will be given to candidates having a Ph.D. degree and having experience of handling pathogens in the bio-safety laboratory, development of biosensor and analytical work on microbiological quality parameters, drug residues, pesticide residues, aflatoxin, etc. Working experience in NABL accredited laboratory/good knowledge of statistics and proficiency in computer application, particularly in use of MS office and FMS/MIS software.
Research Associate-I	Essential:
Research Associate-I	i) Ph.D. in the area of Livestock Production Management/Veterinary Reproduction, Gynaecology & Obstetrics/ Animal Physiology/ Animal Biotechnology/ Life Science ii) Or having 03 years of research experience after MVSc/ M.Tech in the above discipline with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed ( SCI) journal ( refer DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated 30-01-2019 for details). iii) Working knowledge in conducting biochemical assays in blood/ semen plasma, gene expression studies, generation and analysis of metabolomics data, handling of large animals for blood sampling and collection of physiological data, flow cytometry-based cellular assay, generation, and analysis of Elisa based data Desirable: Knowledge and working experience in semen biology, sperm functions test, hormone and antioxidant estimation, analysis of data using various statistical tools. Candidates having experience in relevant will be given more weightage.
Research Associate	Essential: Ph.D. degree in Remote Sensing/ GIS/ Geo-informatics. OR Master’s degree in any one of the above relevant disciplines /subject with three years of research, teaching, and design and development experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal. Desirable:
Research Associate	Candidate having knowledge in Remote Sensing/GIS, computer software preferably programming language. Knowledge in software like ERDAS, ENVI, ARCGIS, surveying for data collection, remote sensing data analysis/computation in computer software, etc. Having experience in remote sensing data analysis.
Senior Research Fellow	Essential: Post Graduate Degree in any one of following discipline: Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Science and Nutrition/Food Safety & Quality Assurance/ Livestock Products Technology/ Microbial Food Technology/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Chemistry/Microbiology with NET (CSIR/ UGC/ ICAR/ARS etc.) including lectureship/Assistant Professorship) /GATE qualification and 2 years of research experience in the relevant field. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having experience of handling techniques like GCMS, HPLC, FTIR, Mastersizer etc.
Office Assistant	Essential: Graduate degree in Science discipline from any recognized University. The position is for working in a commercial laboratory and the candidate is expected to maintain laboratory records, report preparation, communicate with the client etc Desirable: (i) Good communication skill in English (written and Spoken) and computer literacy (ii) The individual should have knowledge of Office Software (iii) Knowledge of working with e-mail/internet.
Senior Research Fellow	Essential: Post Graduate Degree in any one of the following discipline: Dairy Microbiology/ Dairy Technology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Food Technology with NET (CSIR/ UGC/ ICAR/ ARS etc.) including lectureship/Assistant Professorship) / GATE qualification with 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Or Graduate/ Postgraduate Degree in Professional Course in any one of above Discipline: with NET/GATE qualification and 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Desirable: Experience in handling lactic culture/tissue cultures and exposure in small animal experiments.
Senior Research Fellow	Essential: Master's degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life science / with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with 3 years of Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master degree in the above discipline should have the NET qualification and 2 years of research experience in the relevant/ research field. Research experience in the field of Genomics / Molecular Biology / Bioinformatics / Biochemistry is desirable.
Junior Research Fellow	Essential: M.Tech/ M.Sc. / M.V.Sc. in the Dairy Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology. The candidate should have qualified CSIRUGC/ICAR National Eligibility Test (NET). Desirable: Candidate having experience in molecular biology-based techniques such PCR, Real-time PCR, plasmid isolation, etc. would be given preference
Project Assistant	Essential: Graduate in Veterinary Science/Animal Science/ Animal Husbandry Relevant subject from a recognized university with 03 years works experience or Master Degree in Veterinary Science/Animal Science/Livestock Production Management relevant subject. A candidate willing to stay and work at Haridwar (Uttarakhand) will be preferred.

Age Limit:

40 years for men and 45 years for women in the case of RA & RA-I on the date of the Interview.

35 years for men and 40 years for Women in the case of SRF on the date of the Interview.

30 years for men and 35 years for Women in the case of JRF on the date of the Interview. 21 to 30 years on the date of Interview for Project Assistant.

18-45 years on the date of Interview for Office Assistant.

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
