Qualification: Candidates should have completed Graduation with CAIIB or its equivalent qualification
Note: Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) will
be a retired banker, not less than the rank of a General Manager/Deputy General
Manager in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, other than Vijaya Bank.
Experience: Candidates must have worked as DGM for
3 years or as GM for 2 years preferably in the area of customer grievance
redressal/ customer relationship management/ KYC / any other customer related
departments in a scheduled commercial bank.
Age Limit: Candidates Age Should not be more than 65 years as
on 1st April, 2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000/- Per Month.
Selection Procedure: Interview
