Eligibility
Criteria for CSIR-IIP Vacancy 2021:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Project
Associate-I: Essential
Qualification: Master's degree in
Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology/Virology/MVSc. Desirable
Qualification: Experience with
handling Covid-19 samples, viral RNA extraction, and RT-PCR will be
preferred. |

2. Senior
Project Associate: Essential
Qualification: Master's degree in
Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Virology/MVSc from a recognized
university with 4 years of experience in research and development in
industrial or academic institutions. OR Doctoral degree in
Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Virology from a recognized
university. Desirable
Qualification: Out of 4 years of experience,
minimum 1 year of experience in testing of Covid-19 samples through RT- PCR.
Manual RNA extraction experience is desirable. |

Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for

PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Salary Details:

1. Project
Associate-I - Rs. (i)The monthly stipend at the rate of Rs. 31000 +HRA will be given to
the candidates who are selected through (a) National Eligibility
Tests–CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or
(b) A Selection Process through National level examination conducted by
Central Government Dept. and their agencies and institutions. (ii) Other who
do not fall under (i) above will get monthly stipend Rs. 25000+ HRA. |

2. Senior
Project Associate - Rs. 42000/- plus HRA. |

Mode of Selection: Selection is to be done on the basis
of online Interview.

application will be accepted.
(ii) Candidate(s) are advised to carefully

giving correct/accurate information.
(iii) After online
registration, the system will generate a unique User ID/User Name (Applicant
