Criteria for Anna University Vacancy 2022:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Attendant
Scientific Administrative Assistant - Essential
Qualification: i) Graduate degree in
any discipline ii) Desirable Proficiency in basic computer operations,
one-year experience in financial and administration management, and/or
related PG degree |

2. Project
Scientist - I (Computational) - Essential
Qualification: i) Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) or
Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology in Bioinformatics /
Computational Biology / Structural Biology / Biotechnology /
Biopharmaceutical Technology/ Biochemistry from a recognized Institute /
University. ii) Desirable One year of experience in Computational Biology I
Bioinformatics / Computer aided drug discovery and development research. Good
knowledge and experience in Molecular Docking, Modelling, Virtual Screening,
Molecular Dynamics simulations, using Open-source and commercial software
packages. |

3. Project
Scientist - III (informatics Scientist) - Essential: i) Doctoral degree in science or Master's degree in Engineering or
Technology from a recognized University or equivalent: and ii) Seven years'
experience in research and development in industrial and academic
institutions or science and Technology organizations and Scientific
activities and services. iii) Desirable Minimum Ten years of working
experience in Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics. Good knowledge and
experience in Molecular Docking, Molecular Dynamics simulations, Programming
Languages, Protein studies using Open-source and commercial software
packages. Strong knowledge in Bioinformatics, Computer Aided Drug Design,
Molecular Biology, Structural Biology. Biochemical and Biophysical
Characterization. Experience of managing, administration and reporting of
Computational Biology/ Bioinfonnatics Research projects, organizing meetings. |
