NIPGR Scientist Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Scientist - VI - Ph.D./equivalent degree in Engineering/postgraduate or equivalent, with original high quality research work as evidenced by publications in related fields in reputed journals & patents and with 12 years of Post-qualification experience in related fields.

2. Scientist - III - 1 st Class in M.Sc. or equivalent with at least 5 years research experience or Ph.D. in the relevant subject with at least 4 years research experience. Desirable: Research experience in the relevant subject

3. Scientist - II - 1 st Class in M.Sc. or equivalent having 3 years research experience in the relevant field or Ph.D. with 1 year Post-Doctoral Research experience in the relevant field. Desirable: Ph.D. in related subject with capability of conducting independent research works.

4. Consultant Engineer - Recently retired engineer of CPWD or any other Central/State/Autonomous Body with relevant experience as Site Engineer to oversee Civil/ Electrical/AC & Refrigeration, maintenance and other works.

Age Limit: (As on 21.11.2022)

1. Scientist - VI - 55 years

2. Scientist - III - 40 years

3. Scientist - II – 35 years

Salary Details:

1. Scientist - VI - 13 A (Rs.1,31,100 - Rs.2,16,600)

2. Scientist - III - 11 (Rs.67,700 - Rs.2,08,700)

3. Scientist - II - 10 (Rs.56,100 - Rs.1,77,500)

4. Consultant Engineer - On contract basis, consolidated salary as per experience in the relevant field and as per norms.

 

NIPGR Scientist Selection Process 2022:

NIPGR may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Application Fee/Exam Fee for NIPGR Scientist:
