Educational
Qualification:

1. Project
Scientist–C (Medical) - Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) after MBBS with one-year experience OR
Postgraduate diploma in medical subjects after MBBS with 2 years experience.
OR MBBS degree with 4 years experience in medical subjects after MBBS Degree Desirable Qualifications: - MD in the relevant subject from a recognized university with a
first-class relevant degree. - Additional Post-doctoral research/training experience in relevant
subjects in recognized institute(s). - Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools /
Data Management. - Additional Post-doctoral research/ training experience in viral
outbreak diagnosis as evidenced by scientific publication. |

2. Lab
Technician – Essential Qualifications: 12th pass in Science subject and 2 years diploma in Medical Laboratory
or Technician or PMW or radiology or radiography or related subject. OR 1
year DMLT plus one-year required experience from a recognized organization or
2 years field/laboratory experience*. *B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3
years experience. Desirable Qualifications: Working experience in clinical microbiology laboratory testing. |

3. Project
Scientist–B/ Project Research Scientist-II( Non-Medical) - Essential
Qualifications: 1st class Master’s
degree in Life Sciences from a recognized university with 2 years experience
in the related field. OR 2nd class Master’s degree with a Ph.D. degree in
relevant subject from a recognized university. Desirable Qualifications: - Additional Post-doctoral research/training experience in Virology/
Diagnostics. - Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools /
Data Management |

4. Project
Technician— III / Project Technical Support-III – Essential Qualifications: 12th pass in Science subjects and 2 years Diploma in Medical

pass from recognized board. A speed test of not less than 8000 key
depressions per hour through speed test on computer. Desirable Qualifications: - 1-year degree or diploma in computers. - Basic computer knowledge of word / Excel / Power point. |

Scientist-B (Medical / Non Medical) – Essential Qualifications Medical: MBBS degree with 1-year Research/Teaching experience. OR MD in Microbiology/Pathology/PSM
from a recognized University Non-Medical: First-class Master’s degree in Life Sciences from a recognized
University with 2 years experience in related field OR 2nd Class Master’s degree
with Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized University. Desirable Qualifications Medical: MD in the relevant subject from a recognized university Non-Medical: Masters in Public Health/ Epidemiology/Post-doctoral research &
Teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized Institute(s). Knowledge
of Computer Applications/ Data Management. Two years R&D/ Teaching
experience in relevant subject after obtaining essential qualification |

appear for Walk-in-Interview in the Institute with all Original and self-attested
copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof (Voter ID card/
PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport size
photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview without the
Original Certificates.
