Officer ‘E’ (Transfusion Medicine) - MD / D.N.B. (Transfusion Medicine) /
MD/D.N.B. ( Immunohematology and Transfusion Medicine ) / MD
(Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion ) or equivalent recognised by National Medical
Commission with minimum 03 years’ experience in Transfusion Medicine/ Blood
Centre after post graduation. Candidates with less than 3 years’ experience
after post graduation will be
considered for lower grade, if there are no suitably experienced candidates. |

20. Medical Superintendent –I - M.B.B.S or B.D.S. from a recognized university in India OR a Medical
qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of
the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (Persons
possessing qualifications included in Part II of Third schedule should also
fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act) AND a) A
Postgraduate qualification such as MD or DNB in Hospital/ Healthcare
Administration or a recognized equivalent qualification, with 3 years'
experience in Hospital Administration, after obtaining the P.G. Degree, in
hospitals with minimum 300 beds. OR b) A Full Time M.H.A. (Masters in
Hospital/ Healthcare Administration / Management) or a Full Time M.B.A. or a
Full Time Post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to MBA by AICTE/ AIU
with 4 years' experience in Hospital Administration, after obtaining the P.G.
Degree, in hospitals with minimum 300 beds. |

21. Assistant
Medical Superintendent II - M.D. (Hospital
Administration) with 3 years experience after Post Graduation in a reputed
hospital of at least 100 beds, in a managerial capacity OR M.B.B.S. / BDS / BAMS / BHMS with full
time Post Graduation in Hospital Administration (M.H.A.) from a recognized
University in India Minimum 4 years experience after Post Graduation in a
reputed hospital of at least 100 beds, in a managerial capacity. or abroad. |

22. Scientific
Officer ‘C’ (Molecular Pathology) - M.Sc in Life Science / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Genetics /
Biochemistry / Zoology / Genomics with minimum aggregate 60% marks or M.Tech
(Biotechnology / Life Sciences) with minimum aggregate 60% marks. Any
correspondence course or long distance university degrees will not be
considered. At least 2 years experience in molecular techniques like PCR,
sequencing, FISH, basic bioinformatics, basic statistics from a reputed
institute is mandatory and atleast one peer reviewed publication. Laboratory
accreditation related experience for 1 year is desirable. |

‘SB’ (Biomedical) - B.E. / B.Tech (Biomedical) with 7 years experience out of which 3

Biotechnology) with 50% marks and Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory
Technology (DMLT) from a Government recognized Institute with minimum 1 year
working experience in Pathology Laboratory OR B.Sc. (MLT) from a Government
recognized Institute / University with minimum 2 years working experience in
Pathology Laboratory. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and good
working knowledge of English. |

26. Scientific
Assistant ‘B’ (Radiodiagnosis) - B.Sc.
(Radiological Imaging Technology) from a recognized University with 50% marks
OR B.Sc. in any subject / B. Pharmacy with 50% marks and minimum two years’
Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology from State Board of Technical Education
OR Any equivalent recognized Board / University. Minimum 01 year Internship /
experience from a large hospital with experience in CT and MRI is essential. |

27. Scientific
Assistant ‘B’ (Central Sterile Supply
Department (C.S.S.D.) - B.Sc. with minimum
50% marks from a recognized University and minimum 2 years experience as
C.S.S.D. Technician in a Sterilization Dept. of a large
Hospital/Institute. Candidates with
higher qualification and experience will be preferred. Knowledge of surgical
instrumentation is desirable. |

29. Scientific
Assistant ‘B’ (Information Technology- Programmer) - B.Sc. (I.T.) or B.C.A. or Graduate in Computer Science with minimum
50% marks from a Govt. recognized university with minimum 2 years programming
experience in a Client / Server environment is mandatory. Candidate must have
good practical knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, Crystal Report & RDBMS.
Working knowledge AS / 400, DB2, Web Technology / Web development tools,
skills on ASP/VB Script Java, Java Script etc. is advantageous. Candidates
having prior relevant experience of working in Healthcare industry will be
preferred. |

43. Administrative Officer Iii (Purchase & Stores) - Graduate from a recognized University. Post Graduate Degree or Post
Graduate Diploma or Master of Business Administration in Material Management
from a reputed institute. Experience of import of chemicals, laboratory and
hospital equipment, purchase of drugs, surgical items, kits, reagents,
etc. He / She should be well versed
with customs clearance formalities, Purchase / Stores Information Systems and
modern methods of Material Management. Candidates working in the Government /
Autonomous Body / PSUs :shouldbein Pay Matrix Level-9 (GP 5400) or Candidates
at Level-8 (GP 4800) with combined experience of 08 years at Pay Matrix
Level-7 (GP 4600) and above. Candidate working in Private Sector :should have

Relations Officer - Master’s degree in
Public Relations or Journalism or Mass Communication of a recognized
university. The candidates should have experience in public relations
involving report writing, interaction with Media, event management, liaison
with agencies etc. Candidates working in Government Organization / Public
Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies: Candidate must be in Pay Matrix
Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800) OR Candidate at Pay Matrix Level-7
(Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4600) with 5 years’ experience. Candidate working
in Private Sector : should have 12 years’ experience, out of which 2 years’
must be managerial experience. Candidate should be drawing current gross
