ICMR-VCRC Project Technician Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Research/Project
Assistant - Graduate in Zoology / Medical
Lab Technology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry from a recognized university
with three years’ work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s
degree in Zoology / Medical Lab Technology / Public Health Entomology /
Biotechnology / Biochemistry |
|
2. Project
Technician-III - 12th Standard pass
in science subjects with any one of the following (i) Two years Diploma in
Medical Laboratory Technology or (ii) One-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory
Technology + one-year experience in a recognized organization or (iii) Two
years field/laboratory experience* in Government recognized organization *
B.Sc., in Zoology / Medical Lab Technology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry
shall be treated as 03 years’ experience |

3. Assistant
(Admin. & Finance) - Graduate in any
discipline with 5 years’ experience of Administration/Finance and accounts
work |
|
4. Data
Entry Operator (Grade B) - Intermediate or 12th
pass in Science stream from recognised board with DOEACC ‘A’ level from a
recognised Institute and/or 2 years’ experience in EDP work in
Government/Autonomous/PSU or any other recognised organization. A speed test
of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test |

5. Project
UDC/Stenographer - 12th pass or
equivalent from a recognized board with 5 years’ experience of administrative
work OR Graduate in any discipline with 2 years’ experience of administrative
work and a speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour on
computer |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.
