BSF Group B & C Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. GROUP ‘B’
POST- Minimum three years’ Diploma in Auto
Mobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Auto Electrical Engineering
from an Institute recognized by Government. |
|
2. GROUP ‘C’
POST– (i) Matriculation or 10th Class pass
from a recognized Board or Institution and (a) Industrial Training Institute
certificate in respective trade; or (b) Three years work experience in
respective trade from a reputed firm. |
Age Limit: (As
on 13.03.2023)

1. GROUP ‘B’
POST- 30 years |
|
2. GROUP ‘C’
POST- 18 and 25 years |
The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

BSF Group B & C Selection Process 2023:
BSF may follow the following
process to select the candidates.

Application
Fee/Exam Fee for BSF Group B & C:

Candidates to pay Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) for Group ‟B” and
Rs.100/-(Rupees One hundred) only for Group-‟C‟ Posts as examination fee
through following payment modes:- (i) Net banking of any bank. (ii) Credit/Debit Card of any bank. (iii) Nearest authorised Common Service Centre NOTE :- (i) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste,
Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from
payment of examination fee. (ii) Payment of examination will be accepted only through Online mode (iii) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. (iv) In case of non-receipt of examination fee from the candidates of
non-exempted categories, their form will not be accepted. |
How to apply
for BSF Group B & C Post:
The application by the
candidates must be submitted through ONLINE mode only. No other mode for
submission of application will be accepted. The facility for submission of
online application will be opened on BSF website https://rectt.bsf.gov.in w.e.f
. 13.02.2023 at 00:01 AM and will be closed on
13.03.2023 at 11:59 PM.
