IIAC Executive Assistant Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

1. Registrar

Essential: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or Management from a recognized University; and 2. 16 years’ post qualification experience in the field of Law or Management

Desirable : Experience of working in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies.

Note : Preference will be given to persons having higher qualification and experience in handling Arbitration matters.

2. Deputy Registrar –

Essential: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or Management from a recognized University; and 2. 10 years’ post qualification experience in the field of Law or Management.

Desirable : Experience of working in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies.

Note : Preference will be given to persons having higher qualification and experience in handling Arbitration matters

3. Counsel –

Essential: (i) Bachelor’s degree in Law or Management from a recognised University (ii) 4 years’ experience in the field of law or management in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous bodies

Desirable : Experience in handling Arbitration Matters.

Note : Preference will be given to persons having higher qualification and experience in the relevant field

4. Assistant Registrar –

Essential: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or Management from a recognized University; and 2. 5 years’ post qualification experience in the field of administration/ establishment .

Desirable : Experience of working in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies.

Note : Preference will be given to persons having higher qualification and higher experience in the relevant field.

5. Assistant Registrar (Accounts) –

Essential: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. 2. 5 years’ experience in handling Accounts in a reputed organization.

Desirable :i) Experience of accounts related work in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies. ii) Knowledge of Accounting software.

Note : Preference will be given to persons having higher qualification and higher experience in the relevant field.

6. Executive Assistant –

Essential: (i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or Institution; and (ii) Diploma or Certificate in Computer applications of minimum six months duration from any Central or State Government Institute or recognised University or Board; and (iii) Two years’ experience in handling office administration/HR in any reputed organization.

Desirable: Two years’ experience (Regular or Contractual) in the field of administration in the Central Government or State Government department or Autonomous bodies.

7. Executive Assistant (Accounts) –

Essential: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. 2. 3 years’ experience in handling Accounts in a reputed organization.

Desirable : i) Experience of accounts related work in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies. ii) Knowledge of Accounting software.

Note : Preference will be given to persons having higher qualification and higher experience in the relevant field.

8. Executive Assistant (Information Technology) –

Essential: (i) Masters’/Bachelors degree of Engineering in Computer Science or Computer Application or Information technology from a recognised University or Institution; AND (ii) Three years’ post qualification experience in Computer Programming or Data Processing or Networking in any reputed organisation.

Age Limit:

1. Registrar - Not more than 65 years

2. Deputy Registrar - Not more than 60 years

3. Counsel - Not more than 40 years

4. Assistant Registrar - Not more than 45 years

5. Assistant Registrar (Accounts) - Not more than 45 years

6. Executive Assistant - Not more than 40 years

7. Executive Assistant (Accounts) - Not more than 40 years

8. Executive Assistant (Information Technology) - Not more than 40 years

 The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
