IIT Madras Director (R&D) Eligibility Criteria:

Essential
Qualifications: • Master’s Degree specialized in Power Electronics from reputed
Institutes such as IITs, IISc, NITs with nearly 20 years of hands-on
experience in R& D specifically focusing on industrial grade power
electronics product design and development, out of which 10+ years of
experience is expected at the capacity of managing team of engineers at core
industry. • Hands-on experience in mentoring team, using ‘Agile’ for electronics
hardware and product development methods. • Proven expertise in product development of high efficiency power
supplies > 1 MHz and > 20 A ratings. |
Salary Details:
