KAPL Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Professional
Service Representatives (PSR) - The
candidate should be a graduate in
Pharmacy/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts and should have a minimum of one
year of experience in selling Veterinary/Agro Products in any Veterinary/Agro
company. |
|
2. Area
Manager (AM) - The candidate shall be a
Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Commerce/Arts and post-graduation/MBA in
marketing will be an added advantage with a minimum of three years of experience
as a front line Manager, in selling the Agro and Veterinary products. |
|
3. Regional
Sales Manager - The candidate shall
be a Graduate of Pharmacy/ Science /
Commerce with a minimum of two years experience as a Second line Manager and
overall 10 years experience in Agro and Veterinary companies and will be
responsible for achieving the sales target of his region by motivating and
developing a team of Area Managers and Agrovet Service Representatives. |
