qualification: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with
minimum 50% of marks + Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire
Service College, Nagpur. No. of years of relevant experience: 12 years (06 years as DCFO) OR Educational

NFC Fireman Selection Process 2023:
NFC may follow the
following process to select the candidates.
Post Codes : 12301 (Chief Fire Officer /A)-Level
-11 of Pay Matrix and 12303 (Dy. Chief Fire Officer /A) - Level -10 of Pay
Matrix: 1. The
applicants who fulfill the requirements will be called for Physical Standards
as per Table – 1 (Mentioned in Notification). 2. Those
candidates who meet the Physical Standards will be allowed to appear for
Personal Interview. Final selection of the Candidates will be based on the
performance of the candidates in Personal Interview alone. |
Post Code : 12302 (Technical Officer /C
[Computers]) - Level-10 of Pay
Matrix: Depending on
the number of applications received, if necessary, a Screening/Written Test
will be conducted for the eligible candidates in order to shortlist the
number of candidates to be called for Interview. Final selection of the
candidates will be based on the performance of the candidates in Interview
alone. |
Post Codes 12304 (Station Officer/A) – Level-8 of
Pay Matrix: 1. The applicants who fulfill the
requirements will be called for assessment of Physical Standards as per Table
- 1 (Mentioned in Notification). 2. Those who meet the
Physical Standards will be called for Physical Assessment Test and Command
Test as per the criteria laid down in Table - 2 (Mentioned
in Notification). 3. Those candidates, who
qualify the above tests will be allowed to appear for Personal Interview.
Final selection of the Candidates will be based on the performance of the
candidates in Personal Interview alone. |
