OMC Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Dy.
General Manager (Security), E-5 grade - Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University and should
be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its
equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces Experience: (i) Lt. Col/ Major/ Wing Commander /Squadron Leader / Commander / Lt.
Commander in Defence or equivalent from CISF / Paramilitary. (ii) Should have minimum 14 years of service in Defence / Para-Military
Services. (iii) Should be medical category SHAPE-I (iv) Candidate possessing
qualification on various Security Courses from any Govt. approved institute
OR having minimum 03 years Industrial experience in a Govt. Organisation /
PSUs will have added advantage. |

2. Manager
(Security), E-3 grade - Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University and should
be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Captain of the Indian Army or its
equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces. Experience: (i) Captain from Indian Army/ Lieutenant from Indian Navy/Flight
Lieutenant from Indian Air force or equivalent from CISF / Paramilitary. (ii)
Should have minimum 05 years of service in Defence / Para-Military Services.
(iii) Should be medical category SHAPE-I (iv)Candidate possessing
qualification on various Security Courses from any Govt. approved institute
OR having minimum 01 year Industrial experience in a Govt. Organisation /
PSUs will have added advantage |

3. Sr.
Manager (Civil), E-4 grade - Qualification: BE/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from recognized University or
Institute approved by AICTE/UGC. Experience: (i) Minimum 08 years post qualification experience in execution,
supervision and monitoring of different civil / infrastructure projects,
housing, roads, environmental / statutory constructions etc. (ii) Must have
sound knowledge of estimation, project report preparation, preparation of BOQ
and report preparation, tendering contract finalization etc. (iii) Experience
in mineral beneficiation plant / ETP / ore handling plant will be an added
advantage. (iv) Knowledge of Auto CAD, exposures to SAP environment and
E-Procurement will also be an added advantage. |

4. Manager

practicing Lawyer in High Court / District Court or as Law Officer in any Government/State
PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any other incorporated
Company. (ii). In depth understanding of legal compliance framework in large
manufacturing / Mining Sector will be an added advantage. |

6. Manager
(Legal), E-3 grade - Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized University Experience: (i) Should have 08 years relevant Post Qualification experience as
practicing Lawyer in High Court / District Court or as Law Officer in any
Government/State PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any
other incorporated Company. (ii) In depth understanding of legal compliance
framework in large manufacturing / Mining Sector will be an added advantage. |

7. Manager
(Forest & Environment), E-3 grade - B. Tech. in Environmental Engineering from an University / Institute
recognized by AICTE. Experience:Minimum 04 years experience in statutory compliance monitoring
(F&E) matters/ Processing of statutory clearance pertaining to
Forest/Environmental matters etc. |

8. Medical
Officer-III, E-2 grade - Qualification: MBBS Degree from recognized University / Institute. Preference shall
be given to the candidates with higher qualification & experience. |
