Educational
Qualification: (As on)
1. Project
Associate – I - Essential
Qualification: Masters's Degree in Wildlife
Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental
Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Desired
Qualifications: Candidate(s) with prior experience
in camera trapping, vegetation sampling, and herpetofauna surveys will be
preferred. GIS, GPS, statistical analysis, and report writing knowledge is
desirable. Should be able to undertake arduous field work in dense tropical
forests of Western Ghats on hilly terrain even in monsoon. |
2. Principal
Project Associate - Essential
Qualification: Masters's Degree in Wildlife
Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental
Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
AND 8 years experience after master's degree with publications in
peer-reviewed journals in relevant field.OR Doctoral Degree in Wildlife
Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental
Sciences from a recognized University. Desired Qualifications: Candidate(s) with prior experience in camera trapping, vegetation

Doctoral Degree or Masters's Degree in Wildlife Science/ Botany/Zoology/
Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental Sciences from a recognized
University. OR For Principal Project Associate: Masters's Degree in Wildlife
Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental
Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized
University.AND 8 years experience after master's degree with publications in
peer-reviewed journals in relevant field. Desired
Qualifications: Candidate(s) with prior
experience in sampling design and animal abundance estimation are preferred.
Prior experience in sampling using camera trapping, distance sampling, and
radiotelemetry. Knowledge of GIS and GPS is desirable. Should be able to
undertake arduous field work under rigorous conditions |
4. Project
Associate – I - Essential
Qualification: Master's Degree in Wildlife
Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental
Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Desired
Qualifications: Candidate(s) with prior
experience in population estimation using camera trapping and distance
sampling. Hands-on experience in animal capture, tagging, and radiotelemetry
will be preferred. Knowledge of GIS and GPS is desirable. Should be able to
undertake arduous field work under rigorous conditions. |
