CEERI Scientist Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Essential Educational
Qualifications: Masters in
Engineering or Technology (M.E. or M.Tech.) in Instrumentation/ Control
System/ Electronics/ Power Systems/ Electrical Engineering/ Microwave
Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics &
Instrumentation/ Embedded system/ Advanced Electronic system/ Embedded
Control and Software/Instrument Technology/Mechatroni cs Engineering or
equivalent degree in Electronics) OR Ph.D. submitted in Electronics
Engineering. Desirable Qualification: Working experience in sensors interfacing and actuators control; power
system design and instrumentation; Embedded systems design and development
based on Raspberry Pi, PIC, ARM and 8051 controllers etc.; Embedded
application development; Hardware realization of AI applications etc.; PLC,
SCADA and HMI interface and control. |

The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s)
and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age

How to apply
for CEERI Scientist Post:
- Eligible candidates are
required to apply in the prescribed format downloaded from CSIR-CEERI website
and neatly typed on A4 size paper on one side only as per the format available
on the website https://www.ceeri.res.in/recruitments/
- Applications from employees
of CSIR/ Government Department/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector will be
considered only if forwarded through proper channel, certified by the employer
that the applicant if selected, will be relieved within one month of the
receipt of the appointment offer. Also, vigilance clearance should be recorded.
However, an advance copy of the application must be received before the closing
date. Applications routed through proper channel should reach CSIR-CEERI at the
earliest.‘ No Objection Certificate’ must be submitted at the time of
interview. Applications routed through proper channel should reach Director,
